001 — Profile
Behind
the Frame

A BBA student at MIT WPU with a parallel life on set — directing, shooting, grading, and sound-designing real commercial work for brands and creators. Not a hobbyist. A practitioner.

I understand the business layer that most creatives don't: distribution, brand strategy, audience analytics, pitch decks. And I understand the craft layer that most business students never touch: node-based color workflows, sound design, codec pipelines, and what a frame is actually made of.

The intersection of those two things is exactly where production houses need people who don't slow down the pipeline.

Rapid Commerce Strategy: Deep organisational and marketing analysis of Blinkit's pipeline — speed, distribution, and last-mile economics.
Business Model Innovation: Developed a comprehensive business model canvas for LinguaStay, exploring new market entry and monetisation frameworks.
Brand Revival (Hippo Chips): Built a full strategic case study that didn't stop at the deck — produced a commercial spec ad to execute the strategy on film.

A BBA student understands budgets, stakeholders, release strategy, and audience segmentation. A filmmaker understands light, sound, rhythm, and emotion. Most internship candidates offer one of those things.

The Hippo Chips campaign is proof that both can live in the same deliverable — and in the same person.

What this means on set
I can read a budget breakdown and a colour scope at the same meeting. I can write a marketing brief and then go grade the teaser for it. I will not need a translator between the creative team and the business team.

What Drives
the Work
Cinema
Active Letterboxd reviewer. I study the visual language of highly stylized, character-driven television and film — not just what directors did, but why it worked. Film analysis as craft education.
Vinyl & Music
Multi-genre collector. All genres, no hierarchies. I can hear when a track is wrong for a scene the same way a colorist can see a blown highlight — automatically, viscerally, before I can explain why.
Photography
Digital and analog. Stills are the grammar of cinema — every composition decision I make with a camera reinforces how I think about the moving image: light, shadow, negative space, timing.
Physical Media
Vinyls. Blu-Rays. Criterion pressings. I study historical trends in media packaging and archiving — there's a reason the object matters. Ownership of art is not the same as access to it.
$
Film Business
Distribution, rights, marketing campaigns, festival strategy. Art doesn't reach an audience without commerce. I'm equally interested in the infrastructure that makes the film exist as in the film itself.
Visual Systems
TouchDesigner, node graphs, generative art. I think in interconnected systems. Understanding not just what a tool makes but how its nodes talk to each other — that's the DIT mindset applied to everything.
